In-house CNC Manufacturing and New Life Cycle Testing

Rapid prototyping, single-source manifold production & complete testing solutions

Our Systemhaus in Charlotte, NC is ISO 9001 certified and includes an engineering team who is experienced in microfluidic system design for Life Science applications.  From CAD modeling to flow simulation, rapid prototyping, and testing, we have the tools to develop the best solution for your application.

    
Once a design is finalized, we employ our in-house CNC center, capable of machining nearly all thermoplastics, brass, and aluminum, to provide fast turnaround both for small quantity prototypes and high-volume production quantities of manifolds, brackets, enclosures, and other machined parts. Inspection is carried out in our climate-controlled laboratory, conforming to the NIST H143 standard, ensuring that every part meets our quality standards and yours.  

Assembly of manifolds and integrated systems also takes place in our Systemhaus, with automated testing to verify proper function of each component and the system as a whole.  The system is provided to you as one part number, with Kan Ban inventory and JIT delivery to meet your production requirements.

For new or demanding applications, we provide life-cycle testing in our humidity- and temperature-controlled (-60 to 200 degrees C) test chamber, using your reagents and chemicals.  With the ability to monitor system function, pressure, and flow over millions of cycles, this service reduces your risk by ensuring the system will perform as expected, with maximum reliability in your instrument.
